The Armenian National Cultural Center of Uzbekistan, established in 1989 in Tashkent and initiated by Tamara Khanum-Petrosian, promotes Armenian culture, language, and traditions through a Sunday school, dance groups ("Ardzagank", "Artvin"), and the "Future" charitable foundation. It supports community life, including the publication of the "Apaga" magazine, and works alongside St. Philip Church
