The Armenian Apostolic Church of St. John the Baptist in Yangon, Myanmar, located at the corner of Maran Road and Bo Aung Kyaw Road, is a historic, 161-year-old landmark built in 1862 and consecrated in 1863. As the oldest church in Yangon and the only surviving Armenian church in the area, it is recognized for its 18th-century architecture, including a creased iron roof and cane-seated pews
