Church S. Andrea degli Armeni Domus Armenorum Taranto

Sant'Andrea degli Armeni is a small church built in the 14th century, rebuilt in 1573 and restored in 2008, in Piazza Monte Oliveto, in the ancient village of Taranto. The façade has sixteenth-century features and includes the Capitignano coat of arms. Two statues, a man and a woman, decorate the highest part of the facade together with symbols perhaps linked to Armenian culture.
