"TSAGHIK" Literary National Weekly, as a weekly newspaper, was established in April 2004 in Beirut with state license (in two languages: Armenian and Arabic) and by a special decree. Its first issue was published on Tuesday, June 8, 2004, on the 50th anniversary of Arshak Chopanian's death. "Flower" National Literary and Arts semi-monthly event, which had a short life in Istanbul in 1894-1895, but also opened a significant path in the history of the modern Armenian press.
