I only combine high quality and natural raw materials, for example a Brazilian lime with a Filipino coconut or Indian mango with a Mexican passion fruit. What comes out of it I call luck. Because my gelato means happiness in this world to me. It contains everything that makes life worth living: fun, games, dreams, illusions, dolce vita, freedom, childhood memories, love and lots of fantasy.
