Gibo Hopar (Gilbert Sinani)

Gilbert Sinani is a comedian who was born in Iran in 1977 to Armenian parents, but moved to Sweden at a young age, where he was raised. He is known by his artist name Gibo Hopar which means uncle Gibo in Armenian. He has become very popular in a short time in Armenian communities around the world. With his short and relatable content about Armenian culture and family life on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and tiktok he has become a household name in most Armenian homes. He has created various characters who are all played by himself, the most popular being: Tzaghkoosh and Rubik. Gibo Hopar also performs live comedy shows in different countries around the world.
