Sona Nutrition Ltd. began in 1984, named after our founder's newborn daughter, with a handful of products and a mission of providing high quality, accessible and affordable nutritional supplements to the Irish market. 38 years later, we are still a family run company producing all of our 150 products from our state of the art facility in Dublin using the highest quality, natural ingredients, with an unyielding commitment to quality.
