International Coordinating Council of Armenian Culture and Arts

Although numerous Armenian cultural associations exist in various countries and cities around the world without a coordination between Armenia and the Diaspora. Remaining entirely apolitical, our main priority is the coordination of the Armenian art and culture while uniting the creative potential of Armenia and its diaspora. We seek to create new opportunities for cultural and artistic cooperation and to establish a global network connecting cultural leaders, organizations, and decision-makers to support the implementation of major projects of common interest. The organization brings together prominent figures from the cultural and artistic spheres of Armenia and the diaspora. The Armenian diaspora, with its vast creative and intellectual wealth, will serve as the driving force and key partner in realizing this vision, acting as both initiator and coordinator, in close cooperation with the relevant structures of the Republic of Armenia. Recognizing the strategic importance of art and culture in strengthening Armenia’s international image, this initiative also provides Armenia with an effective instrument of cultural diplomacy and a vehicle for expanding Armenia’s global cultural presence. One of the other important objectives of the organization is to facilitate the development and the promotion of cultural and creative industries. To achieve this, the organization will collaborate closely with Armenian and international foundations and institutions working inthis field.
