Established in 2004, “Nueva Vista” is an experienced Incoming Tour Operator and DMC in Armenia. Our primary focus is to produce and execute good value in-bound tours (cultural/religious/adventure/culinary/etc) and to provide Destination Management Services (incentives/event management/conferences/meetings) to our worldwide-located corporate partners. In our daily work, we aim at providing high quality and professional tourist and travel services in Armenia and in Caucasus efficiently flavouring with Armenian and Caucasus well-known traditions and hospitality. • Provision of a comprehensive range of Destination Management and inbound cultural and active tour operating services; • Building long-term partnerships with our clients and partners; • Creativity and Flexibility in tailoring our services to partners’ needs and requirements; • Multi-lingual (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Arabic, Korean, Armenian), highly qualified and largely experienced professional and support staff. Nueva Vista has 15 permanent professional staff and above 80 multilingual cultural and hiking guides and support staff. • Tailoring internationally set standards in tourism industry to local flavours and traditions resulting to unprecedented tour packages, travel services and incentive products; • Established and efficiently functional partnerships with and large networks of service providers in tourism industry (hotels, transport, catering, community based organizations, etc.); • Pioneering and heavily promoting environmentally conscious and socially responsible tourism in Armenia • Member of the most reputable international professional association World Association of Travel Agencies – WATA and IATA accredited agent.
